Bio

I bought a Canon AE-1 with a 50mm 1.4 lens in 1978. I used that camera until around 1990 when I bought an A1. By then I had collected quite a few lenses and other Canon FD equipment. In 2004 I switched to a digital SLR and sold all my FD equipment on Ebay. Digital photography never gave me the same feeling I had when using my old film equipment, so in 2013 I started to purchase old FD equipment again. I took my time and only purchased equipment that was like new or mint condition. Today I am the proud owner of an AE-1, AE-1P and two A1's all in like new condition. I also have collected quite a few lenses, and other equipment. Today I shoot both digital and film, but I enjoy using my FD equipment the most. This time around I know better than to part with any of my FD stuff again!
